"…are these programmes helping?
i have yet to come across societal rejects who woke up, realised that they are wasting their lives, and so, turned into new leaves." -Linda NJ, on the local telemovie on Suria, Hanyut.
Hanyut was aired on Sunday, 2 nights ago, on primetime. But I didn't watch it. I declare that I hate Suria so much and I am boycotting Suriachannel until the day they REALISE that they SUCK BIG TIME and plans to make better use of their programming, marketing and recruiting department.
"…I was never (a) messed up kid like most malays were! memang malu! parents shud wake the hell up n NEVER to spoil their kids since toddler! this causes curiosity on them whenever we're in denial! blame the parents!" -Alsa.
Hanyut wasn't the first to be brought forward by that tv channel as we had already seen its predecessors like Anak Metropolitan, Ali Setan, Anak Bapak and Anakku Sazali. So what makes Suria think that this show can make a difference?
