It is good to be a boss because:
1. You can lie to your subordinates to cover your own ass.
2. You can create all sorts of stories about your history and achievements down your line to polish up your ass.3. You can go for an extended period for lunch or go off earlier from work and claim you have a business appointment.
4. You can have your choice of favourite staff and dote on them and not feel bad about neglecting the rest because you are very busy.
5. You can be a hypocrite but noone can verify that on paper. Wait a minute, noone dares to comment on that in the first place.
6. Because you can fire anyone who brings down your reputation.
7. You can hire anyone you like even if it is just because that person is cute or has a pair of big breasts.
8. And you can choose not to hire the competent ones because the good candidates can be considered a threat to your position.
9. You can not always be in the office and claim you are out on a meeting even if in actual fact you are screwing some young punk in a cheap hotel. Isn't this similar to point no.3?
10. You can ask stupid irrelevant questions in your interview.
11. And pry on the interviewees' history in their resumes and laugh at their pathetic salaries.
12. You can work or play and noone can tell.

…and talking about bosses is making this post so dry. Screw bosses! They suck!

Sometimes internal interview also still want to ask so much about our work when they should have saved the trouble in a shorter interview if they’ve done their homework on the candidates’ background. And what’s the point of your CV when they don’t read??
Still ask the same questions when answers can be found in the CV itself.
