A sudden rush of conversational flow between my good woman friend and I directed to a hot topic about men and women. A topic that is always heard and read everywhere around the world, a topic that made women sprung from being a soft damsel to a firm and hard feminist (perhaps) and their male counterpart, chauvinistic as ever (I know), surprisingly can just behave naturally and be their typical man self without much effort.Let’s focus on the two genders’ behaviour and how they ironically contributed to the professional working environment. It all started when she said about how men are in-demand more than women as make-up artists.
I kind of agreed to that and added a few more examples myself such as other common so-called feminine roles in the working environment, mainly, hairdressers, chefs, fashion designers, jewellery designers and talk show hosts.
Funny how a woman, who grew up learning how to clean the house, beautify, make and dress-up one’s self or cook can still ‘lose-out’ in the reign of men when some of us males, decided to dive into industries that are stereotyped as the women thing as mentioned above, such as, being a make-up artist, a hair stylist or a chef.
As for fashion, it’s weird that successful fashion designers in that industry are consisting of more males than females, especially designer wear, accessories e.g. shoes, handbags and even jewellery. In fact, the top notch of these makers are mainly male designers. But giving credit to the female of the species here, I have observed and agreed with her that more male line of clothing is designed by women and more women clothings are designed by men. Maybe it is due to the obvious reason perhaps that they, the designers, design what they want to see in their opposite sex and hence making it be receptively second nature over the years without much arguement. But it adds more irony to the fact that these breed of designers are usually homosexuals.
How about talk show hosts? The only loudly celebrated lady talk show host is Oprah Winfrey and the other shows are all dominated by men like Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien, David Letterman or even Jerry Springer, when in nature’s general fact, women talk more than men. Just like how they blink more than men, just like how it is possible for women to reach multiple orgasms (if they can identify their orgasms) and men can only cum one at a time and just like how women can go into details on how their day started to the moment they sleep but men can just say one sentence to sum up their whole one month affair.
So, why men again and again and again and the women just don’t get it?
To my surprise, it was her, my friend, that gave me the first possible explaination and that reason was simply because of women’s nature being emotionally irrational and men’s nature being able to focus deeper into a particular subject. And that reason, I applaude, struck me silent and I couldn’t agree more with her.
“Given anything to a woman, she will follow her heart and emotions of the moment and thus making her standards vary for different mood swings she is particularly indulging, whereas men, in general, could deliver standards no matter how terrible his morning was or how bad the night’s love-making was or how intolerable home can get. That is also the strong point to why men are generally better leaders, better workers, better sportsmen and better everything else.”
But… women are best, in my opinion, at making their men satisfied, best in handling physical perseverence i.e pregnancy, labour and housework, best in looking stunningly beautiful and best featured in magazines or in the entertainment or advertising industry because they practically sell. Women can survive being a single parent better with lesser needs of finding a new spouse compared to men who will normally have the tendency to find a replacement.
In general, women excel in what they do because they are strictly particular, as in, how the furniture should blend with the house decoration, how clothes should smell after wash or which dress to match the evening and so on but with the set-back being them not able to cope with pressure as good as men when a problem appears, should things do not go their way. That is because their particular nature got the better of them and getting worked up for something that is not to their plan might affect their whole world.
Whereas men are not so particular but they are, contradictingly, perfectionists. Being perfectionists, they have that ready mindset that things could go being not so perfect and they are totally okay with improvements or a back-up plan B. Or when things got worse, the alternative solution they could think of without getting depressed although this might hurt their ego a little bit, is just to call for help.
I digressed a little bit there but I think you get the point as to how the two, male and female, when applied those examples above, could affect their level of performances at work.
Finally, to conclude which one is the better sex of the two? To me, in my most humblest of opinion in generalising the two gender, I think WOMEN are the Best but MEN are just BETTER than Women. Go figure!

I’ve obviously not read this post yet, but it’s very engaging.
“..men can just say one sentence to sum up their whole one month affair.” Very true. I’ve done this like a million times. LOL

Uhhhhhhhhhhh….aren’t we just better at emotional introspection & sharing because no one stopped us when we were growing up?
And aren’t you guys better at, well, other forms of expression because no one discouraged you from expressing yourselves that way growing up?
Sure, you might be able to make generalizations about what you see as differences between the sexes, but that doesn’t mean those differences wouldn’t be there if we didn’t just, oh, arbitrarily decide to make sure they exist.
If everyone got to grow up w/o such conditioning, we’d probably have equal proportions of spread out throughout both sexes of the types of variations we currently see by and large divided between the sexes.

It depends if man is rich man is better and if man is poor a poor woman is better. Poor and humbled male is nothing in the world. A woman is woman it gets love from the whole world.

“…women’s nature being emotionally irrational and men’s nature being able to focus deeper into a particular subject.”
So all women are “emotionally irrational”? That’s not only a ridiculous hyperbole, but that just shows that you are just as capable of being “irrational”. I mean, wow, to outright call them “irrational” is just demeaning and incredibly ignorant.
“Given anything to a woman, she will follow her heart and emotions of the moment and thus making her standards vary for different mood swings”
Wow, you sound like some old-school sexual education film right now; the kind that makes women out to be some sort of hormonal monster without any evidence or explanation. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is capable of “mood swings,” though it is up to the individual to decide how much it controls their lives. For example, an average man is as likely to slam down the phone after an angry argument with their boss just as a woman may speak to her friends about how irked she is with her husband not communicating well enough. Thus, you cannot assume that this only applies to women. It applies to humanity.
“whereas men, in general, could deliver standards no matter how terrible his morning was or how bad the night’s love-making was or how intolerable home can get.”
Once again, men won’t just push their problems aside to lead with an emotionless, iron fist. This is experienced by both genders, and anyone’s performance will vary based on how his/her life is treating them. Saying that men could “in general” perform better just because they’re not glamorized as weak, emotionally-driven creatures is downright primitive. Stop listening to the media and form your own beliefs.
“That is also the strong point to why men are generally better leaders, better workers, better sportsmen and better everything else.”
Better workers? That depends upon who’s rearing the children, taking care of the house and keeping up with their job. There’s no saying who does more, because it depends upon the society, household, etc. I could just as easily say women are “generally” better interpreters, speakers and cooks, but that is simply not the case.
All in all, I found the article to be rather bigoted and misleading. I’m not trying to sound like a feminist (since I clearly tried to balance my statements), but I’m just utterly appalled at how someone could be so static.
