100m Dollar Upgrade Bait by PAP Failed.
100 Million dollar upgrading plan for Hougang residents by PAP (People's Action Party) in this year's Singapore General Election, failed big time when they only managed to win 37.26% of the Hougang residents' support compared to WP's (Workers' Party) Low Tia Khiang's votes of 62.74%. WP improved it's number of supporters as compared to their last election victory in 2001.
Who needs an upgrading plan of 100 million dollars when they can spend that money on something more worthwhile for the residents?
