First, it seemed very 70’s and I doubt this is in the 80’s like you mentioned. Either they are so backdated by a century or you got it wrong.
Second, D’Crush can definitely have and can do those cool dance steps if they are in the 70’s!
Third, I knew that sounded like Kylie Minogue before I even read the later part.
Fourth and last, I like the Finnish song better. Very retro. Am I getting older and boring?
