Happy new year to all!
It’s been 6 months since I’ve last noted something here, hope I’ve not chased away anyone yet with my absence or perhaps some had already given up visiting.
Been busy with… err.. work, and then work, and work and after work I pretty much work again from home. No, not that I’ve 2 jobs or something like that but I’m really on a tight schedule and those hours in the office are insufficient that I need to drag myself to follow up on several outstanding issues. I think you get the point.
Talking about new year, Hello 2008! I like the number 8. I like 5, 6 and sometimes 7 as well. 3 is also nice. 1 is unique… 4… no comment. 2 is boring. 9? I already like 6 and 9 looks like an inverted 6 anyways so that doesn’t count. What the heck, Hello 2008! Hopefully this year is a great year for everybody especially me.
I’ve got a great team at work, great plans in stall and apparently the guys (and the 2 girls) wishes to buy the company shares and open up another office and I’m like… hmmm…
Both Me and Lis is turning 1 (YEAR!!!) next month and we are planning to go to Krabi for our belated honeymoon. Well for your info, our wedding night on Saturday was spent in one of those Little India hotels bunking in with a few friends. I had a terrible toothache and Lis was having her menses. So… yup, we got ourselves nowhere out of the country and got back to work on Monday. Hence, we plan to have some adventure and not make any reservations for accommodation, just a return flight back on the 5th morning. If you think you want to join us, please do let us know because I believe some of our friends are joining for a mass orgy as well.
I’ve been thinking of moonlighting as well and the 1st on my list is on realty followed by several options that goes along the lines of investments. Maybe I’ll embark soonest whenever is possible.
In thoughts of learning Class 2B again after so long, the last time I took half way was when I was 18 and that was like… can you count 30 less 18 for me? Shit I am turning 31 this coming September 28th already? How I wish that is just my waistline! Damn! [self consolation] But it’s ok… many still guessed I am in the range of 25++… Many even thought Dada was my elder sister! ahah![/self consolation]
Now I’m beginning to acknowledge Woodlands as my home ground. No more TPL7… Now ML19 is what I call home. You smarties can figure those ones out I’m sure. And if you see me around, please do say “hi!” cos I’ll definitely put on my friendly mask and say hello back at you. hehe… and surely we’ll shake hands and exchange kisses… numbers I mean.
I’d love to do more updates than usual. Seems rusty even for now. I received a shock on the hits for Moojik upon Hady Mirza’s win on Asian Idol. Congrats brother, even if you’ve won out of secondary votes from all nations, I still think you looked great and your wonderful voice never fail to mesmerise me. Hady, if you’ve got time, I’ve got a hit for you. Call me and we can talk further k? Thanks.
I missed hanging out with some of you. Namely the Fanta Kika Band and crew, Stoinkers and crew, SLAvers, Awan & the Gang, 669ers, Alpha Warriors, Nippleheads, Decipher and the groupies, (the late) Shiva and Chomel and of course not forgetting Mum & Dad & Dada back home. (I speak like I am 10,000 miles away from everybody liddat! Ptuih!)
Lastly, BIG Congratulations to Mairy and Espe for tying the knot last month. I’m so happy for you guys and both of you look so brilliant together! I’ll pass you the CD unedited but don’t expect too highly of the pictures’ quality alright because I’ve simply lost that snapping zest. Nevertheless, I wish the both of you the best of life till the rest of yours.
