I, Ari aka Aridewa (me), am the author and creator of the contents of this site. Graphics for the website are designed by me. (Almost all) photographs in the designs are owned and taken, unless notified otherwise, by me. Entries are written and composed by me unless quoted and, or stated otherwise.
If I find my published photographs or photomanipulations being defamed in any ways with or without earning any commercial profit, I will sue the defamer under intellectual property rights and copyright law. But you may use them with permission as long as it is for a positive purpose.
If any of my published photographs or photomanipulations are found useful and intended by any party to convert it into commercial use, kindly contact me for approval or for any written agreement. If any of my published photographs or photomanipulations are only being made to share my entry(s) as linked to your site or particular entry, no approval is needed as long as I am credited, good or bad, for the material you borrowed from me. In this case, you must not make money out of it if not I am going to sue you too under the above mentioned laws.
For audio files, song compositions and other form of original material owned and composed by me, published in this site or any of my sites, there is no way you can use, copy, improvise, air, showcase or modify without due permission. A written agreement has to be presented before taking any action as mentioned, if not I'll sue all parties involved.
This site is my private site, made possible by WordPress.com. I practise freedom of publication, speech and expression but my writes and I do not represent any organisation or person other than myself apart from quotes from sources I will most likely mention. I may condemn or agree with articles on the internet and may write about them in this site as much as how those articles convey written expressions on their respective views in their websites about others.
I am always sober when I pen my entries down and I will still be sober when attending to any queries made possible via e-mailing me to my e-mail address as shown at the pages of this site. Queries can be of anything especially the kindest thought of donating or advertising on this site, if you wish, to keep me alive as I am not rich.

Site is best not read by minors or immature adults who can't keep a decent communication or healthy argument in control. Languages in this site are most often in English, Malay or both with elements of local Singaporean slangs known as Singlish.
